Characteristics of bundle branch reentrant ventricular tachycardia with a right bundle branch block configuration: feasibility of atrial pacing.

4 Aug 2009 AIMS: We assessed the inducibility of bundle branch reentrant ventricular tachycardia (BBR-VT) with a right bundle branch block (RBBB) configuration in patients with BBR-VT. METHODS AND RESULTS: Eight consecutive patients (5 men, 45+/-18 years old) ... Read more...

Right bundle branch block as a screening test for pulmonary embolism in chronic spinal cord injury.

29 Jun 2009 OBJECTIVES: To evaluate right bundle branch block (RBBB) on electrocardiograms (ECGs) as a screening tool for the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism (PE) in a chronic spinal cord injury (SCI) population and to determine the prevalence of PE. DESIGN: ... Read more...

Intra-His bundle block in second-degree Mobitz I atrioventricular block with right bundle branch block.

18 Jun 2009 Because second-degree Mobitz I atrioventricular (AV) block is usually associated with a disturbance at the AV nodal level, and rarely at the infra- or intra-His bundle level, it has been considered as mostly benign in character. We report on a ... Read more...
