Full Abstract

The complexities involved in managing a neonatal intensive care unit in today's health care setting make survival a challenge for nurse managers. A little resuscitation of spirit and focus can ensure that the nurse manager thrives even in adversity. Manager CPR may be the prescription needed for continued professional success.
