Simplified approach for developing the rate expressions for enzyme-catalyzed reactions.
Full Abstract
A Simplified version of rate equations for enzyme-catalyzed reactions has been developed in which the rate equation is analyzed with two different mechanisms:
ordered bi-ter and Ping-Pong bi-bi mechanisms. This procedure is able to develop the rate expressions accurately. Random sequential order mechanism can be effectively explained by this approach.
