The importance of collaboration with staff nurses in the socialization of nursing students.

Full Abstract

The future of the nursing profession depends on excellent preparation of its students. Vital to this preparation is the cooperation between nurses in education and nurses in service. This article focuses on the promotion of effective collaboration among faculty, staff nurses, and nursing students in the socialization of students into the profession.
