Improving standards of care for patients: a pilot project.

Full Abstract

This article demonstrates how one of England's largest primary care trusts developed, piloted and evaluated a quality improvement tool--the quality framework--to support the implementation of clinical governance at a team level. This article shares good practice and key learning points from this experience.
