Full Abstract
The author proposes some thoughts about the functioning of psychiatric institutions from difficulties of relation between personnel and patients. One finds comparable defense mechanisms on both sides. Different institutional problems are raised by questions. An answer if proposed by a psychiatric team and through the ideal way of working. Information, coherence, communication support a form of therapeutic contract and allow psychotherapy. Then a comparison is made by the doctor, between the psychotherapeutic situation and the work in the institution, for a change based on in depth human progress.
