Full Abstract

Orthodontists face a number of legal problems in dealing with employment issues. Some of them are similar to those effecting other professionals, whereas other problems are peculiar to the practice of orthodontia. An experienced employment attorney offers recommendations to deal with 10 common issues confronting orthodontists in the workplace.
